Professional Inspection Visit

Inspection visits are critical for ensuring that windows and doors meet the required standards of quality, safety, and performance.

We perform inspection visits to assess works required and to identify any defects or safety hazards. Inspection visits are performed by one of our certified engineers and include a thorough examination and assessment of the issue, followed by a full inspection report detailing the issue, proposed corrective action or improvements, as well as materials required.

Inspection Visit Report

An inspection visit report summarises the findings, observations, and recommendations resulting from an on-site visit and examination. It serves as a formal record of the inspection process, providing a comprehensive overview of the condition, compliance, and performance of your door (s) or window(s)

The purpose of an inspection visit report is to document and communicate the results of the inspection. It serves as a tool for transparency, accountability, and decision-making.

Key components typically included in an inspection visit report are:

  1. The scope and focus of the inspection: Defining the areas, systems, or components that were assessed during the visit.
  2. Inspection Findings:  Detailed account of the observations made during the visit, describing the condition, functionality, and compliance status, including measurements, photographs, or any other relevant evidence to support the observations.
  3. Recommendations: Based on the findings, recommendations are offered to address any identified issues, improve compliance, or enhance performance. Highlighting any critical or urgent matters that require immediate attention.
